Acceptable use policy

What you can’t build, store or do with Tapwah.

Effective and last updated

Tapwah gives each person a Mac-hosted iPhone simulator, an AI agent and a backend for their app. Use them only to build and try your own apps, lawfully. This policy is part of our terms of use. Things you may not do

What we may do

We decide, at our discretion, whether something breaks this policy. We may, without notice: stop a session or a message, refuse a build, remove or disable content or an app, limit or suspend an account, or close it. We may also refuse sign-ups. We may look at an account’s content when we need to investigate a possible breach. Where we think it is appropriate and allowed, we’ll tell you why. We don’t have to monitor content, and we aren’t responsible for content our users create.

We may report activity that we believe is illegal to the police or other authorities, and we cooperate with valid legal requests. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

Report a problem

Seen something that breaks these rules, or think content on Tapwah infringes your rights? Email hello@tapwah.com with “Abuse report” in the subject. Tell us what you saw, where, and how to reach you. For a copyright complaint, include the work you own, where the infringing material is, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized and that your complaint is accurate. For security issues, see our security page.

Changes

We may change this policy. We’ll post changes here and update the date at the top. Continued use of Tapwah after a change means you accept it.
